The responsibilities and impact YOU will have:

Cash collection for the region and assigned customers according to defined procedures and financial principles and legislation

Selected Accounts Receivable Tasks
-
Respond to specific questions from local organizations, customer service, audit, financial reconciliation and invoice processing groups and clarify situations when vital
-
Investigate and resolve disputes and deductions that would otherwise delay or prevent payment of accounts receivable
-
Place accounts on credit hold and release orders from credit hold within authority,
-
Perform all I2C procedures as needed, in a timely manner
-
Follow up on unidentified and unapplied receipts in collaboration with cash enforcement team/customers according to defined procedures
-
Respond to specific questions from local organizations, customer service, compliance and other partners
-
Proactively suggest ideas to improve and automate processes
We would like to hear from you, if you have/are:

Strong telephone communication skills combined with customer and service orientation

Experience in a similar position in finance/accounting/customer service

Ability to deal with difficult situations using own judgment and initiative

Attention to detail

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Fluency in French (written and oral) and good level of English (written and oral)
